Together, we enter a space of somatic movement, relational practice, and nature-rooted herbal craft—where body, land, and story meet. We’ll learn to craft our own tinctures, creams, and natural remedies using accessible, practical methods rooted in traditional plant wisdom.

Through daily rituals of care, dance, and shared space, we weave a rhythm of connection and co-creation.
